Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Thea Portfolio Analytics, LLC (“Thea,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information in connection with navcasting.com, navcasting.info and related websites (the “Site”) and when you contact us. Our client portal and services are covered by our client agreements and the privacy notice provided in the portal.
1. Information we collect
- When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.
- Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting providers automatically receive standard technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested and the time of the request.
The Site has no account sign-up, contact forms, advertising, or analytics or tracking tools, and we do not set cookies on the Site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Do Not Track. The Site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so on the Site. Because no such tracking takes place, the Site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about our services.
- To operate, secure and maintain the Site, and to prevent abuse.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
3. How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers that act for us: our website hosting and content-delivery providers; our business email provider;
- if required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Thea or others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
4. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and as required by law. Technical logs are kept by our providers under their own retention practices.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@theaportfolioanalytics.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will respond as that law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.
8. Children
The Site is intended for professional investors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows the latest version.
